Now is the time to sunbathe for Vitamin D!

Our body produces at least eighty percent of the vitamin D it needs on its own. UVB in the sun’s rays combines with a substance in our skin and turns into vitamin D.

But every hour of the day is not suitable for this. UVB rays, which enable us to produce vitamin D, must come to the earth at an angle of more than 50 degrees in order to pass through the atmosphere.

At what time of the day these sun rays provide us with vitamin D, you will find in the attached sunbathing calendar.

Sunbathing for at least 20 minutes without using sunscreen is essential for us to store enough vitamin D.

We recommend that you not be exposed to sunlight outside these hours.

Wishing you many sunny and healthy days…
