WHAT IS PLASMAGE?
It is the process of removing excess skin and excess adipose tissue from the upper eyelid in order to achieve a cosmetic and healthy visual field. With age and sometimes in genetically very young patients, fat and excess skin accumulation can be seen in the lower eyelid.
With a device using the fourth state of matter, desired results can be obtained even in a single session without surgery, and a second session may be required for those with too much excess skin or fat deposits.
HOW IS IT APPLIED?
Before the procedure, the area is anesthetized with a local anesthetic cream. Since the device only works on the upper skin area, this method is usually sufficient. Very rarely, in patients with low pain threshold, a local anesthetic injection can be performed when necessary. After the procedure, the person can return to his social life immediately. It is sufficient to use only 8-10 days of sunscreen. Dressing is not necessary, the patient is called for control 10 days later.
